Will Densberger
Will brings over 35 years of real estate experience across multiple asset classes. A St. Helena native, he values the deep, long-standing relationships he's built in Napa Valley, where clients appreciate his results-driven approach.
Will began his career in accounting and finance at Safeway, later transitioning to real estate after a Wall Street leveraged buyout. He served as VP of Asset Management for Safeway/KKR, overseeing over $2B in commercial and $100M in agricultural assets.
Following two decades in Portland, he became CEO of Conservation Farms and Ranches, a nonprofit affiliate of The Nature Conservancy. In 2007, he returned to St. Helena, where he and his family launched a natural Wagyu beef program, featured at renowned restaurant SingleThread. He also led St. Helena High School’s football and women’s basketball teams to success.
Today, Will specializes in Napa Valley wine industry real estate, leveraging his strategic, analytical, and relationship-building skills to serve a loyal and growing client base.
